Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $25 fee will apply for cancellations or changes made in less than 24 hours, as we reserve that time specifically for you. Booking Fee Policy: To confirm your appointment, a small non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost with the remaining to be paid at time of appointment scheduled and helps us hold your reserved time slot just for you. We understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly apply your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows without sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
